Some things are made for ease of use, others are made out of necessity. This project is a combination of the two. After the chain wrapped tree that has hoisted many whitetail at Ralph's Deer Camp began to rot, an alternative method for rinsing blood and cooling meat was needed. The newly constructed game hanger is made of 6x6 beams and includes three hand cranked 600lb boat winches for hanging the largest deer to a hefty black bear. Gone are the days of using a janky pulley system with ropes jumping the tracks. We even got to test our build in the first season. It works great!
